Barcelona Metro Airport | Metro Line 9 | Transports Metropolitans de Barcelona
The metro line 9, L9, connects Barcelona city and the Airport terminals T1 and T2. Check travel ticket prices and operating hours.
The L9 metro goes to the airport, but is not very convenient. You will need to make many transfers and unless you have a Hola BCN multiday card the cost (in 2019) is 4.6 Euro per person each way.

This may be the most convenient method for getting to the city center to and from the airport using public transportation. There is a luggage rack on the bus. Price (in 2019) is 10.20 Euro round-trip and is about 35 minutes each way.
Direct bus Barcelona – Airport

There is a T3 Portbus that will take you to the cruise terminals from the Christopher Columbus monument. The cost (in 2019) is 3 Euro each way, per person, or 4 Euro per person for a round-trip. It is over a mile to walk to the closest cruise terminal…

The last thing anyone expects on vacation is rain… To protect my camera (and hide if from pickpockets) I recommend a ‘dry bag’. This is usually used for people enjoying watersports (kayaking, boating, etc.) and available at most outdoor stores (as well as online retailers).
