This morning I went to the buffet for breakfast. I heard last night rumors about Mickey Churro waffles on the last sea day.
I took a picture of one of the fancy egg options, I think it was Eggs Benedict.

At last, I found the Mickey Churro waffles.

After another few hours of training in the morning in Rapunzel’s Royal Table, we got a tour of the ship…. Art of the ship tour.

One of the more interesting things was that the After Hours logo for the adult-only venues looked like a martini glass, but was actually an upside-down Sorcerer Mickey hat from Fantasia.

They also told us the legend of O’Gills, which was the name of the pub. I took a picture of the book with thestory and song.

I really liked the old-fashioned elevator indicator with the Mickey hands.

In the lobby they have a lot of Mickey Mouse ears around the elevators. They also mentioned the carpet design was supposed to be like a beach with sand.

Outside the movie theater, they were selling popcorn buckets and fancy drinking cups.

I got the luggage tags today, but I don’t plan on using them. I normally walk off the ship. They also gave me a nice Disney Cruise Line towel.

The weather was nice today. I took a picture from my balcony.

I popped into the movie theater between shows to get a picture.

I went to the buffet for lunch, but I didn’t see anything that appealed to me.

I checked out a few minutes of the new Tron movie in the theater, but I needed to have lunch so I didn’t stay long. The sound was really good. But I also felt guilty for being in the ocean and spending time inside a theater. Maybe if it were cold and rainy it would be a good activity.
I went to Rapunzel’s Royal Table for lunch.

I tried the Brunswick stew. I wasn’t a big fan of it.

I really wanted the churrasco steak, which seemed like the best option. I didn’t care for the chimichurri sauce, but the beef was good.

I got talked into a dessert, so I got the Mickey Funnel Sundae.

I walked out on deck 4, and Pluto was outside.

I went up to Palo because during the tour they told us it the theme was based on Venice. As you can see in the photos, you can see the poles from the canals and the Venetian masks.

I took a couple of pictures of the funnel. I tried to take a time-lapse with the funnels, but the ship was rocking around, so either the movement of the clouds will look weird or the ship will look like it’s moving around.

I went to the front of the ship in front of the sports court. There’s even a Mickey skylight in the bow.

We had another social gathering in the D Lounge just before going to the theater.
The show was very good. Peter Pan was one of the main characters, but they had songs from a number of classic Dinesy movies. The Little Mermaid was done very well, they had a puppet Sebastian in what would be a box and they had the puppet snail backup singers. They also released a bunch of bubbles in the front of the theater. Elsa came down the aisle and a little girl acted like a Swifty seeing Taylor Swift. They also had snow falling from the front part of the theater as well. I was seated a bit towards the back of the front section, and the fake snow didn’t reach us.
I stopped back at the cabin before dinner. I think the towel looks like a bow.

Dinner was at Lumiere’s tonight. The dining room had Art Deco styling (which I do actually like).
The front of the menu looked like a stained glass window.

The napkin was folded like a tuxedo.

The menu had some of my favorite foods, escargot and French onion soup.

The French onion soup didn’t have as much cheese as I would like… but it was still good.

I couldn’t decide on the main… so I ordered both the roasted rack of lamb and the Chateaubrand-roasted filet steak,

Both the lamb and the steak was beautiful and delicious.
Now for the finale, the dessert menu.

They had my krptonite on the menu – creme brulee… so I had to order that and also the Grand Marnier souffle. I resisted the urger to also order the strawberry shortcake sundae.

After dinner, I got myself a beer from the adult pool bar – they had a really good Galveston wheat beer that I liked. However, the weather took a turn and it was very cold and windy. I got the beer and retreated back to the warmth of the piano bar,

I finally returned to my room to pack everything up. Before going to sleep the ship arrived in Galveston and I could see that the Harmony of the Seas was docked.
The weather was horrible, cold, foggy, and damp. And it was expected to be even worse further north with freezing temperatures and dangerous roads. Luckily, I wasn’t going to need to drive very far in the morning.
