Because it is a long cruise with a lot of ports I decided to rest today. I woke up after 11 AM and went to lunch at noon.
The weather is a bit rough today. Chilly, windy and wet. The ship is big, but the ocean is bigger and is still tossing us around.

For lunch I had the new Funderstruck Nacho Burger, which was amazing. This Guy Fieri is just a genius. I don’t know how they can make a burger that delicious on a cruise ship.

The captain made an announcement that the ship will not arrive tomorrow until noon.
Meanwhile back in my cabin the towel animal had transformed…

I got a piece of cake from the buffet for dessert – Red Velvet Cheesecake. It was pretty good.
I found the launderettes on deck 5 & 6, but they were both busy. I’ll have to try to do laundry later.
I managed to get a washer a little later in the afternoon. It’s not cheap, but much cheaper than the alternative. For example – soap was $2 and the washer and dryer were $3.50 each, for a total of $9. This is pretty decent compared to having the laundry done by the ship.

I snagged a piece of peperoni pizza at the Pizza Pirate while the laundry was being washed.
I had dinner at the main dining room again. I had the escargot for the starter and the leg of lamb for the main. I had the chocolate melting cake for dessert.

After dinner I went to the ‘Love and Marriage’ show which was quite good.
After the Love and Marriage show I went to the adult comedy show, which was okay, but not excellent.
I decided to call it an early night to be ready for the first day in Iceland tomorrow.
