This morning we had a (scheduled) late arrival in Regensburg, Germany. Before arriving we passed by Valhalla.
Our guided tour started at 10:30.
The tour took us around the old town of Regensburg. There was a large Roman army camp in town and the guide showed us what was left of the main gate. The old stone bridge was blown up at the end of World War II.
I went back to the ship for lunch since it was parked nearby. It was a good decision since the historical sausage house was very expensive and the food on the ship was awesome. They had suckling pig which is always good.
After lunch I walked around the town some more and went to both the East and West gate of town.
For dinner I had the beef with my usual Ceasar Salad and the banana ice cream for dessert.
In the evening they had a small Bavarian umpah band on the ship perform for an hour. It was very entertaining.
