This morning I spent a little time on the beach before going on a dolphin watch cruise from Port Isabel.

The company I picked had a $3 off coupon, so the boat ride was only $10. I did get to see some dolphins, but I failed to get a good picture of them.
They dragged a net behind the boat and caught a few creatures like this thornback cowfish in the picture below.
The picture above is a pirate ship that also does dolphin tours. They also play music and fire cannons. They fired the cannons at our boat.
After the dolphin watching I went over to the Port Isabel Lighthouse to see it during the daylight.
I spent the rest of the afternoon on the beach and in the ocean.
