I started the day with a Starbucks Chai Tea Latte thanks to a coupon for a free item.

I spent some more time in the hot tubs this morning. It was nice to be able to see the ocean from the hot tub, some ships haven’t put that much thought into it.
I spent more time in the Galaxy Pavilion. They had everything rigged to pay for free. There was a lot of varied VR experiences. I didn’t do everything, but I did a bunch of the different ones.

I went back up to the Stadium area and took a picture of the mini golf and the screen for the electronic dart board.

I went back and rode the go karts one more time. In cae you were wondering, they are plug in electric vehicles.

Now for the special part of the cruise, a tour of the Haven and a Haven cabin. Let’s just say the Haven cabin adds a wow factor to the already luxurious normal cabins.

When you splurge and pay for one of these special ultra luxe cabins you also get a more private dining room, lounge, bar, infinity pool and sundeck.

And of course the menu is upgraded as well at the Haven Dining Room. Of course you still get to enjoy a few of the specialty restaurants as well.

I guess the Haven chef really liked Prime Rib Au Jus because it was on the menu twice.
After the Haven tour I took some pictures of the Le Bistro specialty dining restaurant. The chandeliers do look nice, but it would be better if they could have put them someplace where they could actually hang higher so there would be more space. I guess you are really limited on a ship.

I stopped my exploration of the the ship briefly for a Watermelon Twist. The Cayenne pepper / salt rim was addictive.

Continuing my exploration… Onda (Italian) specialty restaurant.

Syd Norman’s Pour House (Pub / Nightclub / Live music venue)

Across from Syd Norman’s is Improv, the Comedy Club. All the shows were sold out immediately, so I didn’t get to see any while on the ship. It is very small inside. No idea of why the elements they selected were where they were. I’m guessing someone tried (and failed) to be clever.

Next stop (very brief because I hate smoke) was the Humidor Cigar Lounge (yes, you can actually smoke inside a bar on the ship, but only this one).

Hasuki, the (fake) Japanese Hibachi specialty restaurant. I say fake because they don’t have these kinds of restaurants in Japan.

Hudson’s Main Dining Room. They really did magic with this layout. Normally the galley takes up the entire width of the ship. Here they put the galley in the center only so the entire dining area is nearby the windows. There were also a few large tables in some nooks.

The other main dining room, the Commodore Room

Cagney’s Steakhouse – another specialty restaurant.

I went to see the show Noise Boys next.

I had dinner in the Hudson’s Main Dining. The menu has been greatly improved. For example they offer New York Strip Steak while the expensive specialty restaurant on Celebrity was Sirloin. Mahi Mahi was also an option as was a California roll.

For dessert I had the Honey Crème Brulée. I also took pictures of my friend’s desserts.

I did wander around a bit more after dinner, but it was pretty quiet. I guess most people had partied too hard earlier in the cruise.
