I slept until about noon today. It was part of my plan as I couldn’t do much exploring while trapped on a ship in the middle of the South Pacific ocean.
I grabbed a quick bite at the buffet – minute steak, fries and some bread.

After eating I soaked in the hot tub for a couple of hours and enjoyed the view of the ocean.
Eventually I could see both the Island of Tahiti (Tahiti Nui / Tahiti Iti) and Moorea.

I had a few dollars left credited to my account due to the many cancelled shore excursions, and some mystery money so I decided to have one Colortini. I had this Watermelon Twist on the Prima a couple of weeks ago and it was good. The Cayenne pepper and salt rim is addictive.

I briefly walked through the buffet for a snack. I like Pappadams.

I tried to watch the sail into Tahiti, but the ship arrived much later than last week, so it was dark by the time it arrived.
I had dinner in Le Bistro. I tried the escargot (it had a weird citrus flavor to it) and the French onion soup for my starters and the veal chop for my main.

For dessert I had Fraisier which was okay, but I was really hoping for creme brulee.

I spent a little time in the Irish pub and listened to some live music.
There wasn’t a lot of partying going on late so I went back to the cabin and started to pack a little.
